How to order My Crystal?
1. Choose the bracelet/necklace or other that you want. We recommend that you look at all the crystals while browsing, notice which one your eyes rest on, and click on the one that you find most attractive. Don't think too much, trust yourself!
2. Choose the size and other options you want, and follow the guide to further determine your crystal.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
If you contact us immediately after purchase, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund. However, our orders are processed very quickly once submitted if you need to change your address or cancel your order, we recommend that you do so within two hours, otherwise we will not be able to change your address or shipping method.

How many days will it take to receive my order?
Once you purchase, we immediately begin energy cleansing your crystals based on your order to ensure fast delivery. Crystal energy cleansing and packaging may take 2-3 business days, this time may be extended during busy periods.
Logistics usually take 6 to 10 business days to reach the destination, more time may be needed for remote areas.
Why is it taking longer than usual for my order to arrive?
Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, Gemyths is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
